Students will learn how to properly engage these muscles during TRX exercises to improve overall core strength and stability. • TRX for Women's Pelvic Health: This unit will cover TRX exercises designed to improve pelvic health, including exercises for the hip muscles and the deep core muscles that support the pelvic floor. Students will learn how to modify exercises to accommodate any pelvic health concerns or limitations. • TRX for Women's Postnatal Fitness: This unit will cover TRX exercises specifically designed for postnatal women, including exercises to improve posture, strengthen the core and pelvic floor, and reduce the risk of diastasis recti. Students will learn how to modify exercises to accommodate any postnatal concerns or limitations. • TRX for Women's Bone Health: This unit will cover TRX exercises designed to improve bone health, including exercises that target the hips, spine, and wrists.
